All of our canvas pillow covers are either hand painted, screen printed or have heat transfer on them. THEY CANNOT GO IN THE DRYER.

All Canvas and Flannelette should be hand washed in COLD water and hung to dry.

Do not use an iron on any of our images.

Our metal signs can be cleaned with a damp cloth and dawn dish soap.

We gladly accept custom orders. If you don't see something on the site, contact us and we will gladly make a custom order.

Once a custom order has gone into production, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned unless there is a defect on our part.

All of our metal signs are either screenprinted on aluminum or have a vinyl overlay on steel. They are framed in stain pine.
Each frame is it’s own piece of art as each piece of wood may have different grain, colouring or bumps or divots in it. This is normal and we cannot control how a tree grows. It’s part of the beauty of each sign.

There may be tiny divots or inconsistencies in the metal that we cannot control and this is part of the wonderful look of this product. We obviously pick the best pieces we can, but each piece has it’s own subtle uniqueness.

All of our pillows are hand sewn, hand painted or hand screened with the designs that we offer. The designs that are applied individually and have a bit of a distressed look to them. This is normal. It's how we paint them and screen them. Each pillow is unique and will have inconsistencies in the texture of the ink or the paint because of it being done by hand.

The canvas that we use is not bleached. There are natural flecks in each piece we use and we cannot control slight fluctuations in the fabric.

We generally ship within 2-5 days of receiving your order. During busy shopping months in the summer and during the holidays, or if we are away on vacation, this may get pushed out to ship within 2 weeks. If you require RUSH delivery, please contact us.

For signs, we usually ship within 7-10 days and then please add a line that says, FOR CABIN BLANKETS, we ship our plain, non personalized blankets within 1-5 business days. For customized blankets, it may take anywhere from 3-7 business days to ship. Large orders, wholesale or corporate orders, may require different production or shipping times due to the volume of the order.

Canadian and US sign and pillow orders are shipped with tracking.
These are ESTIMATED shipping times:

• Within Canada: 2-10 business days.
• Within the US: 3-10 business days. (We cannot control delayed times through customs.)
• International Shipping: We are willing to ship internationally and will create a custom listing for clients outside of Canada and the US.

Any and all brokerage or customs fees (VAT) are the responsibility of the buyer.

No refunds or exchanges unless a defect on my part. Defect must be brought to my attention once order is received. If there is a legitimate defect, you will be refunded.

I will not refund any money due to lost or stolen packages that may happen through the mailing system. We track all of our packages. If you would like to upgrade shipping to expedited shipping that requires a signature, please contact us for custom shipping pricing.

We do accept cancellations up to 24 hours after placing an order.

We are a home based business. A hobby turned full time gig so I can stay home with my three favorite little people. I do my best to respond to messages as soon as I can, but I work when I am not caring for my children, which is often during nap times or in the evening. I will definitely respond within 24 hours of receiving a message, so your patience is very much appreciated. Almost all of our pieces are made to order and we produce every single.
